TERMS & CONDITIONS
AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions set forth on this page, together with any written information we brought to your attention, constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and Soccer Network LLC, with respect to any and all registrations and transactions made with Soccer Network LLC. Please take the time to read and understand the conditions prior to registering to a trip with Soccer Network LLC as they set out our respective rights and obligations. We recommend that you also read all the details set out in the trip program, or email sent to you relating to your trip prior to registering to ensure that you better understand the itinerary and style of the trip you are undertaking.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Soccer Network LLC – its employees, agents, and assigns – does not own, operate or control any person or entity which provides goods or services for your trip including, for example, lodging facilities, airline, vessel or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators, entertainment or sightseeing operators, providers or organisers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, Soccer Network LLC is not liable for any negligent or wilful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any third party. Soccer Network LLC agrees that all independent contractors who´s services are reputable and hold sufficient insurance.
Without limitation, Soccer Network LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of force majeure, war, civil unrest, insurrection, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, lost or stolen belongings, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely, dangers associated with animals, sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of or quality of medical care, illness or disease, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, actual, perceived or threatened epidemics, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Soccer Network LLC.
Under no circumstances is Soccer Network to be held responsible for: (1)Expenses such as additional hotel nights and meals not specified in the individual trip itineraries (2) Expenses due to the delay of a trip for any reason (e.g. bad weather, airline delays, cancelations or strikes, acts of nature (volcano eruptions), sickness, or other contingency for which Soccer Network, LLC cannot make provision. (3) Any act of neglect of any person or company whose services are retained by Soccer Network, LLC for the benefit of tour participants including, but not limited to, hotels, tour agencies, transportation companies and tour guides. (4) Expenses incurred in recovering luggage lost by airlines, belongings left behind on a trip, or in shipping purchases or other goods home from abroad. (5) Improper or insufficient passports and Visas.(6)Loss of personal property, possessions, or monies.
Additional expenses, if incurred under any of these circumstances, will be borne by the tour participant.
Any participant responsible for damage to any property while on the tour will be required to pay immediately for such damages incurred. If you are in default and we refer the collection of your account to an attorney, we may charge you reasonable attorney’s fees and court or other collection costs as permitted by law and as actually incurred by us.
In the event service and accommodations set forth in the program cannot be supplied due to delays, acts, omissions, or other causes beyond its control, Soccer Network LLC shall use its best efforts to supply comparable services/accommodations.
In the event services are not used due to voluntary omission by the participant, refunds will not be granted. No refund or allowance will be made for absence during the tour, or for activities missed, even if for cause beyond the control of the participant including illness or personal emergency.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
PASSPORT AND VISAS
You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents are valid and effective and in your possession for the entire tour. Passports are required for travelling abroad and should be valid for at least six months after your date of return. We suggest that you apply for or renew a passport early. Other required documents may include visas, permits, and vaccination certificates. You assume complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements. You are also solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. While we may provide information or advice on matters such as visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, and special equipment in good faith as a courtesy to you, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions as to the information provided. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel, or incur any other loss because you have not complied with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities.
CANCELLATION OF LAND
In the event of individual cancellations, we will try our best to refund the land cost of the trip. If we receive written notification of cancellation 60 days before departure, we will refund 100% of the land cost (less non-refundable deposit). Cancellation within 60 days of departure will result in penalties, in accordance to the cancellation policies of our different suppliers.
CANCELLATION OF AIR
Air tickets, once purchased are non-refundable (scheduled date of purchase will be communicated to the tour leader). In case of trip cancellation, purchased airline tickets may be transferred to another person.

FORCE MAJEURE
The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, government action or decree, disaster, strikes (other than strikes by our staff), riot or civil disorder, acts of terrorism, curtailment of transportation (to the extent such curtailment was beyond our reasonable control), inclement weather, the postponement or cancellation of the Event, or its being relocated to another venue or any other emergencies beyond the affected party’s control making it illegal or impossible to provide services. In the event that performance of this Agreement is not possible by reason of Force Majeure, Neither party shall be deemed to be in breach of the terms of this Agreement and neither party shall then be obligated in any manner to the other with respect to such performance. Compensation will not be payable by either. To the extent we recover monies from the Hotels and other service providers we will refund such monies to you and we will use our reasonable efforts to obtain such recovery.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
If you have a complaint during your tour, you must promptly notify Soccer Network LLC or your tour leader of the problem so that they can attempt to remedy the situation. Failure to do so while you are on tour will extinguish or reduce your ability to claim compensation from Soccer Network LLC.
