The US U-20 WNT travelled to Brittany, France, to play host twice in preparation of the Women´s U20 World Cup held in August in France. The team stayed a few days training in Paris region before heading to Brittany – where the World Cup matches will be played – for the pair of friendlies which resulted in a win in the first encounter (1-0W) followed by a tie (2-2).
The US U20 WNT will be participating in the FIFA Women´s U20 World Cup, held August 05-24 in France, drawn in group C along with with Paraguay, Spain and Japan. Their first match is played on August 06th against Japan.
